The Practice is committed to providing excellent care and service and so we welcome constructive suggestions about ways of improving our services to patients.

Friends & Family Test

The NHS has introduced the Friends & Family Test for GP Practices, which is a simple test for assessing patient satisfaction.


Unfortunately, sometimes things can go wrong, so we have a Complaints Policy, which governs our processes for dealing with complaints.
If you have a complaint or concern regarding the care or service you have received from the Practice, please let us know by contacting the Practice Manager in writing, or by making an appointment to see the Practice Manager to discuss your complaints in person. We will ensure that your concerns are dealt with promptly.
